The Associate Council represents sub-contractors, suppliers,
lenders, etc. who are members of the Metro Omaha Builders
Association. The purpose of this council is to provide
a vehicle for all MOBA Associates to be actively involved
in the functions and activities of this association.
Its goal is to lend Associates’ support to the
projects, events and overall success of the Association
and its efforts.
MOBA’s Associates Council has three events it
is responsible for every year: Bowling Tournament, MOBA
Golf Tournament that raises money for scholarships,
and the MOBA Toolboxes. They also assist the Women’s
Council with the Tommy Tree program providing trees
to 1500 3rd grade students each year in the metro area.

The Associates Council makes and donates Toy Tool Boxes for Tots every fall. In association with the Remodeler's Council, the members meet on a Saturday and put nearly 100 Toy Tool Boxes together with building blocks, coloring books, crayons and stuffed animals. They are then donated to
the Open Door Mission, The Child Saving Institute and Children's Hospital to be distributed on Christmas morning.
