The Sales and Marketing Council goal is to further professionalism
in the home building industry by providing top-notch
sales and marketing education, recognition and the opportunity
to exchange ideas with the ultimate goal to help builders
sell more new homes.
• Offer professional educational training
* Provide an effective forum for the exchange of ideas
with local, regional, and national experts in the sales
and marketing of new homes
* Recognize member achievement through a variety of
awards programs
* Raise the level of council members professionalism
and integrity and promote the council to the public
* Be responsible and responsive to the needs of the
home buying public and the communities we serve.
* Act in cooperation with other industry-related organizations
(i.e. Board of Realtors) to improve communications for
legislative actions, community involvement, projects
and continuing education.

The Sales and Marketing Council hosts several seminars a year,
and also hosts a golf tournament. They meet on the third
Tuesday of the month as needed.
