In 2017, Maxim partnered with Meraki Realty Group’s Jack Harvey & Eric Carraher for design and sales representation. Eric & Jack include the design services in the build cost for all our custom homes. Together, the team has completed many unique homes. The combination of Maxim’s quality and engineering combined with Meraki Realty Group’s design ingenuity has proven successful many times over.

Our homes are efficient, and functional, have ALL the secret sauce, and are built rock solid. Many home plans have been built many times, each new build brings increased functionality. We make sure to exceed the industry standard from the ground up. With over 50 plans to choose from, you may work from an existing plan or start from scratch. When starting a completely custom floor plan, we will meet with one of our preferred architects or yours to ensure that the floor plan is engineered perfectly to serve you well for years to come.
