The Metro Omaha Builders Association was chartered in 1946 and is a not-for-profit organization that was established to promote and protect the home building industry. For over 30 years MOBA has produced the Street Of Dreams, Omaha’s signature home tour event. This year’s MULTI-SITE event features 8 luxury homes in 5 neighborhoods throughout the metro area. Each home is loaded with the latest innovative home features and is professionally designed, fully furnished and landscaped.

This year’s Street of Dreams is a MULTI-SITE tour, each home is in a different neighborhood - Linden Estates (Omaha), Legends Trail (Elkhorn), Privada and Calarosa East (Elkhorn) and FlatWater (Valley). Download the MOBA Street of Dreams mobile app for driving directions!

$20.00 per ticket. Kids aged seven (7) and older are required to have a ticket.
Tickets can be purchased on our website at MOBA.com or the Street of Dreams mobile app. Tickets cost $20.00 and provides eight one-time admissions. You may visit all eight homes or multiple visits to any of the homes totaling eight one-time ticket scans. A $10 one time entrance ticket may also be purchased which allows entrance one time into a single home. Tickets can be purchased on our website at MOBA.com or the Street of Dreams mobile app.
Your general admission ticket can be scanned eight (8) times throughout the event.
You will be able to find the addresses on the MOBA.com website, the Street of Dreams mobile app with turn-by-turn directions (downloaded from the app store on your phone), or inside the official magazine and map insert.
Magazines can be picked up at any Street of Dreams home.
Some Street of Dreams homes are for sale. Refer to the home details at www.MOBA.com, the Street of Dreams mobile app, Street of Dreams magazine, or ask the builder when visiting the home.
